*****We are now booking both the "fake lesson" and the first actual in-car lesson. I would recommend to cancel the "fake lesson" so there are no issues if you have to cancel the actual first in-car lesson.
HOW TO LOG INTO YOUR PORTAL
When your account was activated, you would've received an email with your login information.
If you lost your login information, you can click on the login link to the portal and recover your login information. (if you received any emails regarding the course, your email is working, you can easily recover your log in information. CLICK ON THE STUDENT LOG IN PORTAL LINK THEN CLICK ON: Forgot User Name or Password)
* IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL OR YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR EMAIL, ADD ANOTHER EMAIL (PARENT OR THE STUDENT) please send me your updated email with your first and last name to: gerrypicard@gmail.com
Also, if you change your EMAIL or PHONE NUMBER, it's up to you to inform the office with the new and updated information.
HOW TO CANCEL A LESSON:
-If you are sick: PLEASE CANCEL THROUGH THE PORTAL (we will waive the fee*)
After you have cancelled the lesson please text or call 807-629-7867 to let us know.
-WEATHER / SNOW DAY: Even if your buses are not running, your lessons are still happening unless we cancel them. But if you can not make it into town due to the bus, please cancel your lesson via the portal (we will waive the fee*) and contact Gerry as early as you can so you wont be charged.
*we need some notice to waive the fee
