The ONLY way to cancel your lesson is via the PORTAL.
*****We are now booking both the "fake lesson" and the first actual in-car lesson when I process your information. You need to cancel the "fake lesson", this will teach you how to use the portal so there are no issues if you have to cancel future in-car lessons.
HOW TO LOG INTO YOUR PORTAL
When I activate your account, you will receive an email with your login information.
If you lost your login information, you can click on the login link to the portal and click on "FORGOT YOUR SIGN IN CREDENTIALS ". If you received any emails regarding the course, your email is working, you can easily recover your log in information.
* IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL OR YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR EMAIL OR ADD ANOTHER EMAIL TO YOUR ACCOUNT (PARENT OR THE STUDENT) please send me your updated email with your first and last name to: gerrypicard@gmail.com
Also, if you change your EMAIL or PHONE NUMBER, it's your responsibility to inform the office with the updated information.
HOW TO CANCEL A LESSON:
-If you are sick: PLEASE CANCEL THROUGH THE PORTAL (we will waive the fee*)
After you have cancelled the lesson please text or call 807-629-7867 to let us know.
-If you need to reach me during the day and it's an emergency, if I am not teaching I will pick up, but during a lesson, I do not answer. Please call me twice and I will pick up the on the 2nd call.
-WEATHER / SNOW DAY: Even if your buses are not running, YOUR LESSON WILL STILL BE HAPPENNING unless we cancel them. But if you can not make it into town due to the bus, please cancel your lesson via the portal (we will waive the fee*) and contact Gerry as early as you can so you wont be charged.
*we need some notice to waive the fee

- click "My Schedule"
- click "Change"
- click "Cancel lesson"
